Working closely with experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists and Advisors, you will play a key role in coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes and delivering a high-quality experience for candidates, hiring managers and senior stakeholders across the University.

This is a role where you can make an immediate impact while developing valuable, transferable skills in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.

This fixed term role is fulltime until 31st December 2026 and is located at Callaghan (Awabakal and Worimi land).

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate critical recruitment activity including interview scheduling, candidate communication and onboarding support
  • Provide administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting a diverse and high-volume portfolio
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Advisors to ensure recruitment processes run smoothly and professionally
  • Build strong, positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders — including senior leaders
  • Maintain accurate systems, records and documentation with a high level of attention to detail
  • Contribute to a responsive, people-focused recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
