If you love coffee, if you have experience leading projects, and if you understand a thing or two about marketing... then you should read on.

Why UCC Coffee?

Join our team and immerse yourself in the vibrant world of coffee, where you'll unlock exciting learning opportunities within our ANZ business and embrace our rich heritage. We invest in your growth with ANZ exposure, career development, hybrid work options, and yes, free coffee! Plus, we prioritise your wellbeing with initiatives like "recharge leave," giving you five extra days annually to revitalise in your preferred way.

Why join us as our Marketing Project Manager?

Dreaming up exciting new ideas, exploring new innovative initiatives, playing with creative thoughts... means nothing unless those ideas are brought to life in a way that provides them with the best chance of survival. That’s where you come in. If you love coffee, if you have experience leading projects, and if you understand a thing or two about marketing... then you should read on.

As our Marketing Project Manager, you'll forge a robust partnership with our GM of Marketing and our Marketing and Innovation Manager, breathing life into projects from inception to fruition. Whether spearheading research initiatives or overseeing new product development, you'll ensure projects are initiated, delivered on time, within scope, and within budget for our ANZ business. Collaborating seamlessly with internal teams, external vendors, agencies, and our marketing team, you'll drive the execution of marketing initiatives across various channels ensuring brand consistency.

Who are we looking for?

We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, including product, events, research, or marketing, with around 3 years of Project Management experience. If you're eager to transition into a project-focused position rather than an all-encompassing Brand Manager or equivalent role, we want to hear from you.

Experience in launching consumer products and conducting customer research is valued, along with familiarity with project management principles and tools (like Monday.com). Drawing from your experience, you'll be known for your strong stakeholder management and ability to anticipate challenges, conduct thorough project assessments, and drive initiatives forward to achieve marketing objectives.
