About the role:
As a Recruitment Advisor, you'll work closely with our Recruitment Business Partner within a 360-degree recruitment framework, for multiple brands. You will have scope to recruit a range of roles under the UCC portfolio across New Zealand and Australia. You'll utilise our ATS (Livehire) to automate the process, and it’s features to streamline our candidate and hiring manager experience all the while providing advice on best practice, and influencing the right talent decisions that shape our future.
Taking ownership of quarterly recruitment reporting, being our systems expert, handling any temporary recruitment needs with external agencies, and innovating talent acquisition approaches are key aspects of your role. Your contributions are integral as we progress through a critical phase in our recruitment evolution, transitioning to a proactive model alongside our well-established internal recruitment system.
