About Us:

At UCC Coffee we’re partnering with some of Australia's most iconic retail and out of home brands to lead the market in roasted coffee. From bean to cup, we’re redefining coffee for some of the nation’s most renowned brands. Join our team and immerse yourself in the vibrant world of coffee, where you'll unlock exciting learning opportunities within the wider UCC ANZ business and embrace our rich heritage.

Why join us as our Inventory Coordinator?

In this hands-on role, you’ll play a central role in keeping our inventory moving smoothly through our warehouse, overseeing the accurate and efficient management of all raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods for UCC Australia.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining stock accuracy across our full range of materials, working closely with suppliers and freight forwarders to manage inbound deliveries, overseeing the stocktake process and investigating any inventory variances or discrepancies. There is also a purchasing component to the role, covering miscellaneous items, eg packaging, and other operational materials as well as accurately executing all inventory movements in JDE / EnterpriseOne (E1).

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive individual with 2–3 years of experience in inventory management in an FMCG (food environment, ideally) and/or manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with stock takes, cycle counts and JDE/E1 experience is advantageous, but we’re happy to consider candidates with proficiency in any inventory or warehouse management system.

The role requires someone who can perform well under pressure, is organised and able to juggle multiple priorities at any one time, communicates effectively, and brings a high level of accuracy and problem‑solving capability to their work.

What’s on offer?

This position offers the chance to develop valuable skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, within a collaborative and passionate team. We offer you recharge leave, five additional days each year to allow you to rest, reset, and refuel. You’ll also enjoy the perks of coffee on tap and beans to take home, keeping you connected to the craft we’re passionate about.

This is a permanent role, 38 hours per week, based in our Preston location.

Take the next exciting step in your career with us. Apply now!
