We are looking for someone who is driven, self-motivated and has a passion for all things customer orientated.
Reporting into the CRM Manager, this position will help develop and be responsible for the execution of the CRM strategy across their brand portfolio including new customer acquisition, retention and conversion campaigns, marketing automations, data maintenance, reporting + analysis, and implement any new business initiatives within the Salesforce CRM + Marketing architecture.
ABOUT THE ROLE...
- Work to clear KPI’s to drive engagement, revenue and brand growth YoY and on a campaign basis.
- Development and optimisation of customer lifecycle strategies focusing on acquisition, retention, and reactivation from a cross-channel customer perspective.
- Lead end-to-end marketing campaign process through from briefing to creative asset approval, and deployment with best practice recommendations and guidance on send strategy and segmentation.
- Develop new and optimise current acquisition campaigns to drive brand database growth + build Marketable segments.
- Work with various stakeholders, providing expert recommendations in line with CRM best practice, business and brand objectives.
- Provide brands and stakeholders with campaign and database level analysis & reporting for all CRM activities, complete with insight and performance recommendations.
ABOUT YOU…
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic, and understands our culture of diversity, fun and family. As well as this, the following attributes, skills and qualifications will contribute to your success in the role:
- Min 4 years experience working within the CRM sector (ideally fashion retail).
- Experience developing CRM strategies to engage customers and drive conversion. This includes journeys and triggered campaigns, identifying, nurturing and retaining customers to drive favourable outcomes.
- Hands on experience working within CRM Database + Marketing systems and implementing Automation campaigns.
- Desired (but not essential) experience using Salesforce Platforms and Tools: Sales Cloud (Classic + Lightning), Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder + Einstein features).
- An analytical mindset and the ability to analyse data for trends, actionable insight, and strategy recommendation opportunities.
