About your new Role
You will be the D365 SME and dynamic problem solver. Your tasks will include:
- Review the current business processes/requirements and future business flow and provide an integrated system solution using Microsoft products.
- Provide functional application support to business, quality assurance, and end-user support
- Co-ordinate with the Operations Manager to determine the appropriate course of action when providing a problem resolution
- Coordinate with the Business Analysts and end users to design appropriate system modifications and technical solutions to support and resolve any identified system issues
- Conduct review sessions and work with users/SMEs to incorporate new functionalities seamlessly.
- Hands on implementation and support of D365 modules
About you
You will be someone that has some D365 experience but looking to further your career with a company that is a good for you. Does the below sound like you?
- Dynamics 365 experience in sales. If you have also customer insights (formally marketing) including data migration that would be great and if not we will upskill you - the qualification is on us
- Project & Stakeholder Management - driving deadlines, delegating, working as a team
- Exposure to Power Pages and Power Virtual Agents
- SQL queries
