About your new Role
As an administrator within our Investor Relations department, you will play a crucial part in supporting the team.
· Respond to investors' or advisors' queries either by phone or email
· Liaising with other teams within the business
· Provide client support for investors, advisors, platform, and dealer groups
· Responsible for applications, change of details, redemptions, transfers, and Deceased Estates
· Maintain a good understanding of all Trilogy Funds products
· Managing risk by understanding the regulatory requirements impacting Investor Relations and following our policies and procedures
About you
You would describe yourself as being well organised and loving all things admin related. Key skills and experience we are looking for:
· Strong Communication skills – ability to communicate in a professional manner with external clients and internal stakeholders
· Teamwork – you work well within a team and across teams
· Planning and Organising – prioritising and managing your daily schedule ensuring you meet deadlines is second nature to you
· Reliability – you take personal responsibility for your job performance.
· Attention to Detail – Monitor and check your work ensuring information is correct
