About your new Role
You will be overseeing both development within Trilogy’s property trusts and optimising the overall asset performance.
· Internal and stakeholder engagement.
· Project Management including Project Control Group (PCG) reports.
· Manage and maintain project feasibility models.
· Administer stakeholder engagement plans.
· Implement changes into the project and pass financial impacts through project agreements.
· Oversee agreements such as leases, development management agreements, and funding agreements.
· Exchange and settlement responsibility.
About you
Coming from a background in property within Asset and Development Management on a commercial scale you will be passionate about working in the property domain. You will also have the following:
· Minimum of 5 years' postgraduate experience.
· Worked within a commercial agency or fund management.
· Have qualifications in a property-related field.
· Self-driven, enthusiastic, and capable of working within a small professional team.
· Strong planning, organisational, lateral thinking, and analytical skills within program management.
· Understanding of the structure and activities of the Australian commercial property market, including transactional aspects.
