About your new Role
The D365 Functional Consultant role is for a domain expert who can work through complex business challenges and create elegant solutions that drive success. Your tasks will include:
- Review the current business processes/requirements and future business flow and provide an integrated system solution using Microsoft products.
- Use a range of sources such as interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, user cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis, and user journeys to establish detailed knowledge of the current processes
- Provide functional application support to business, quality assurance, and end-user support teams
- Co-ordinate with the Operations Manager to determine the appropriate course of action when providing a problem resolution
- Coordinate with the Business Analysts and end users to design appropriate system modifications and technical solutions to support and resolve any identified system issues
- Conduct review sessions and work with users/SMEs to incorporate new functionalities seamlessly.
- Hands on implementation and support of D365 modules
About you
People that know you would describe you as someone that is collaborative and has a passion for working with others, whilst problem solving is one of your best skills. You have experience in:
- Dynamics 365 experience in sales, customer insights (formally marketing) including data migration
- Project & Stakeholder Management - driving deadlines, delegating, working as a team
- Exposure to Power Pages and Power Virtual Agents
- Understanding of databases and SQL queries
- Stakeholder engagement
- Power BI Dashboards
