About your new Role

As Assistant Portfolio Manager your role will be to assist with the preparation and management of commercial property lending opportunities from loan enquiry and submission through settlement, drawdowns, and final repayment:

·      Prepare Indicative Letter of Offers

·      Prepare loan submissions for new loans

·     Working with internal stakeholders ensuring smooth and punctual settlement of loans

·      Maintain and update Adaptive Cash flows for each loan.

·      Prepare Extension / Variation memos for loans to be reviewed by Senior Portfolio Managers.

·      Liaising with external lawyers and Lending Operations in relation to settlement of new loans.

·      Forecasting and data management.

·      Experience in a commercial lending associate position

·      Strong Excel and analytical skills.

·      Strong customer service focus & Exceptional communication skills

·      Commercial property development experience desirable

·      A proactive approach and team first mentality
