Your opportunity:

As the Commercial & Insights Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping commercial decisions across our Prepaid portfolios. Working closely with the Senior Commercial & Insights Manager, you’ll use data, analysis and market insights to influence product and pricing strategies, optimise portfolio profitability and support sustainable growth.

This role is ideal for an analytically driven commercial professional who enjoys translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. You’ll partner closely with product, marketing and go‑to‑market teams, helping embed data‑led decision-making across the business while delivering insights that inform both short‑term tactics and long‑term strategy.

You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced environment, balancing analytical depth with strong stakeholder engagement to drive meaningful commercial outcomes.

You'll make impact by:

• Support pricing and commercial decision-making for the Vodafone, Kogan & Lebara portfolio
• Preparation and delivery of commercial reports, presentations and trading updates as required to forums that include immediate team members, Head Of Prepaid Product and General Manager
• Conduct analysis and scenario modelling to evaluate product and pricing performance, providing recommendations to optimise revenue and stimulate growth (acquisition and retention)
• Monitoring profitability across brands ensuring balance between growth and budgetary targets
• Partner with business units to embed and implement insights-led decision-making across commercial, product and marketing teams

What you’ll bring:

• Strong commercial focus and proven experience in financial analysis, strategy and portfolio management
• Strong communication / presentation skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication with ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities. Can demonstrate high levels of proficiency in Excel, with complex scenario modelling and trending analysis
• Excellent interpersonal and team building skills, with strong stakeholder impact and influencing skills
