Your opportunity:
As a Customer Value Manager is responsible for designing, delivering and optimising data‑driven customer lifecycle and value management initiatives across Vodafone Business’ B2B segments. This role owns end‑to‑end customer journeys—from onboarding through growth, retention and renewal—using insights, analytics and experimentation to drive adoption, engagement, retention and ARPU uplift. Working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Product, Digital and Analytics teams, the Customer Value Manager delivers multi‑channel, trigger‑based lifecycle campaigns with strong commercial impact.
You'll make impact by:
- Drive analytics‑led customer value management by evaluating performance, deriving insights and translating it into clear value strategies and actionable delivery plans
- Design, develop and deliver end‑to‑end customer lifecycle campaigns across acquisition, onboarding, growth, retention and win‑back
- Translate business priorities and customer insights into clear CVM plans and briefs
- Build end-to-end customer lifecycle journeys, including those for key stages and trigger/propensity-based
- Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Product, Digital, IT and Analytics to progress delivery
- Stakeholder leadership: Orchestrate cross-functional delivery with Product, Sales, Digital, Care/Contact Centre and Legal/Compliance.
What you’ll bring:
- 5–8+ years’ experience in Customer Value Management, Customer Lifecycle Management CRM or data-driven marketing
- Strong experience in analytics-driven Customer Value / Lifecycle Management, translating performance data into clear strategies and action plans.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, with experience improving KPIs such as conversion, retention, ARPU and lifetime value.
- Proven experience delivering multi-stage lifecycle campaigns across different customer segments
- Hands-on experience with enterprise marketing platforms (e.g. SAS, Salesforce or similar), including trigger-based and propensity-driven journeys.
