Your opportunity:

As our valued Procurement Analyst, you will play a vital role in analysing and improving procurement-related systems, workflows, and procedures. The successful candidate will support operational efficiency by evaluating current practices, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to initiatives that enhance business processes and vendor management.

You'll make impact by:

  • Evaluating procurement data and workflows to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. 
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports that offer visibility into procurement performance and trends. 
  • Assisting with vendor onboarding/offboarding, maintain vendor master data, and support contract creation and maintenance. 
  • Contributing to the development and refinement of procurement policies, procedures, and operational frameworks. 
  • Working with internal and external auditors to address procurement-related audit issues and ensure adherence to compliance standards. 
  • Monitoring vendor compliance and support activities that mitigate risk and uphold quality standards. 
  • Identifying and implementing enhancements to streamline procurement processes and improve overall efficiency.

What you’ll bring:

  • Commercial Degree qualified or equivalent, and Telecommunications experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in process analysis or procurement operations. 
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organisational skills. 
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities. 
  • Working knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures is desirable. 
  • Basic understanding of commercial contract terms and structures will be well regarded.
