Role Purpose & Environment
This role has active responsibility in achieving Vodafone’s Sales, Operations, Customer & People experience goals for the region that they have been given responsibility for and will also work to strongly support the National Manager in channel requirements.

- Assist the Region in achieving the operational strategy.
- Lead regional campaigns by deploying tactics that will solidify market position.
- Monitor the inventory position on a regular basis and work with the relevant Retail Operations team to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Ensure Visual Merchandising directives are executed in line with company strategy, policies, and systems.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to review, create and deliver retail operational processes that accurately reflect the brand.
- Support the relevant cross functional teams with campaigns, new product launches in all channels.
- Assist in establishing and measuring key retail performance indicators that will serve as a standard for commercial success and customer service.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of customer solutions specialists and leaders
- Supporting the Company Owned retail channel in achievement of the operational strategy.

- Be familiar with policies and procedures, as well as completing any associated training, as communicated, or made available on the intranet and our learning systems.
- Knowledge & Experience (preferred & recommended)
- Ability to deal with rapid change and quick pace with resilience and fortitude.
- Strong background in Leadership, ideally working within Retail Leadership for 1+ years
- Resourceful with the ability to deal with and influence internal and external parties.
- Commercially sound with a good understanding of profit and loss and the influence of operating factors such as price and volume
- Excellent communication skills
