As our valued Insights Analyst in the Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) team, you’ll play a key role in supporting TPG’s transformation initiatives by delivering high‑quality analysis and actionable insights that drive real business impact.
You’ll work with complex datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends, risks and opportunities, turning data into clear, commercially relevant insights. Partnering closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll help shape decision‑making through impactful reporting, dashboards and performance tracking, while ensuring data integrity and accuracy in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
This role is ideal for a proactive, curious analyst who thrives on collaboration and is motivated by using data to improve customer outcomes and business performance at TPG.
Responsibilities
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within complex datasets to inform both strategic and operational decision‑making.
- Communicate insights, implications, and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non‑technical audiences, including senior stakeholders
- Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking to monitor outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics tools, methodologies, and ways of working across the team and broader organisation.
What you’ll bring
- Strong analytical capability with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience querying databases and working in SQL‑based environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Experience with campaign analytics tools or customer management platforms (e.g. SAS, Pega, or similar) is advantageous but not required
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing tasks independently while balancing multiple priorities.
