The IT Planning Analyst will support a high performing and collaborative planning and budget management function across IT. This is critical to roadmap and budget planning activities including Annual Plan and quarterly reviews based on budget and company priorities.
This position requires articulate communication skills to enable seamless collaboration across the business. Strong attention to detail is essential to analyse data and reconcile information to ensure accuracy, while tracking the IT budget spend, forecast, savings, opportunities and headwinds. You will create new initiatives in the project management system (Clarity), and contribute to roadmap planning activities such as IT Capex roadmap, annual budget and quarterly Rebaselines through alignment of relevant areas
Being adaptable, managing change and maintaining resilience is key to success for all of us at TPG. The IT Planning Analyst will take a proactive approach to ensure potential issues are identified in advance to mitigate negative impacts to the roadmap, resources, and budget. Responsibilities include end-to-end management of T&M resource requirements for tribes and squads through the management of the Squad Augmentation pipeline and all related project activities, e.g. timely funding approval submissions, raising POs, driving timesheets approval, accurate spend forecasting and timely receipting for invoice payment.
To be successful in this role, you will be an IT/Finance professional with extensive experience in a competitive IT & Digital environment. You must have strong attention to detail, organisational and analytical skills and have proven experience in planning annual roadmaps, quarterly reviews, budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations. You are able to work independently and deliver under pressure; distil large volumes of information and identify/articulate areas that require attention.
