Your opportunity:

The MPN (Mobile Private Networks) Sales Specialist Role is an overlay role and will identify, sell and maintain sales relationships within customer accounts across the Enterprise & Government segment. They develop and implement sales plans that solve customer problems and grow our MPN and associated ecosystem portfolio.

You'll make impact by:

  • Driving sales of Mobile Private Network and IOT products and solutions to new and existing strategic customers nationally.
  • Defining and executing a sales strategy for the portfolio including creating an industry-based value proposition and target customer list.
  • Building and delivering an internal and external thought leadership program to enhance awareness of TPG Telecom’s MPN and associated eco system solutions and creating a profile for yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Assisting in delivering upskill campaigns to the wider TPG Telecom sales force to enable the team to improve opportunity discovery and qualification for your products.
  • Leading complex sales processes and engaging across multiple stakeholders within customer accounts to ensure success and a positive commercial outcome for TPG.
  • Working with other sales and pre-sales resources to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Providing market feedback and identifying development opportunities to assist our product and partner teams to drive roadmap and product enhancements
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual new business sales objectives within the allocated portfolio
  • Representing TPG at industry forums and trade association events whenever requested, and continually promoting the company and its services via Linkedin or other relevant professional networking platforms and forums.
  • Maintain up to date and accurate customer contact, pipeline and any other required information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, i.e. Salesforce.
  • Attending weekly sales team meetings 

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years of experience with MPN business solutions to large enterprise customers
  • 3+ years' experience with MPN and associated applications and devices specifically in the Mining, Energy, Transport and Manufacturing industries.
  • Thorough understanding of customer operational requirements and environments and impact on their communication requirements specifically in the Mining and Energy Sectors.
  • Highly experienced in using a “business solutions” type approach, utilising TPG’s product and services to identify customer needs and sell into applicable market sectors.
  • Ability to proactively identify and create new business growth opportunities.
  • Proven cultivator and ‘closer’ of sales opportunities at the Enterprise organisation level
  • Excellent presentation skills.
