Your opportunity

Join a dynamic team driving operational excellence across multi-national contact centres. As an Operations Optimisation Analyst, you’ll shape data-driven decisions, improve customer experience, and deliver scalable reporting solutions that make a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and optimise data models.
• Develop data pipelines and automate reporting using SQL/Python.
• Integrate API-driven data sources for real-time insights.
• Partner with Customer Care, Workforce Planning, and BI teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure KPI governance and reporting accuracy.

What you’ll bring

• Advanced Power BI and data visualisation expertise.
• Strong SQL and Python for ETL and automation.
• Experience with API integrations and real-time reporting.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
• Stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
