Role Purpose & Environment
Reporting officially to the Head of Pricing, Performance & Deal Management, this role will work closely with the Performance & Insights Manager and Commissions & Channel Manager to support with data extraction and analysis on key deliverables:
Responsibilities

Currently, this role will provide data extraction and analysis support to the following deliverables:
· Weekly sales cadence reporting on pipeline, closed deals, etc.
· Weekly trading reporting on key product categories (gross connects, churn for mobiles, etc.)
· Adhoc deep-dives into certain topics (i.e. gathering insights on why churn rate is high on mobile products)
· Monthly channel performance reporting on sales performance, revenue performance, statistics on deal values closed, etc.
· Adhoc channel incentives / campaign performance
Knowledge & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in any relevant course
· Must have at least 2 - 3 years' experience in a Reports Analyst role or similar with familiarity in commercial reports (Telco background is an edge)
· Analytical and attention to detail, with a commercial focus
· Strong skills in data extraction and manipulation.
· Must be strong in the use of Excel. (Salesforce experience ideal, but not critical)
· Self starter – can be given a deliverable and be able to own it
· Ability to deal with rapid change and quick pace with resilience and a can-do attitude.
