Job Responsibilities: 

  • Support our Australian residential internet, mobile phone or home phone queries through inbound/outbound calls regarding transactions on their accounts such as billing account payments, charges/fees, and other issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Meet and maintain the necessary KPIs and goals.

Job Requirements: 

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Host Certificate; Graduate of any 2 or 4-year course is favorable 
  • 6 to 12 months BPO Experience is preferred
  • PRIMARY ID's and SECONDARY IDs are a must and should be ready anytime. 
  • Excellent customer service attitude 
  • At least average English communication skills 
  • Experience with billing, processing payment, credit card payments or financial matters is desired 
  • Experience with a telecommunications or mobile account is an advantage
