About the Position:

About Smiles Chatswood is a modern 8 chair fast paced cosmetic focused practice with state of the art technology. We are currently searching for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our supportive and dynamic team on a part time basis, including 2 Saturdays per month.

We provided ongoing training and development to support your career growth.

At it's core, this role is about:

• Delivering exceptional care - patients always come first, especially when we are working with children
• Patient management; answering phone enquiries, booking & confirming appointments and taking payments
• Proactively helping keep us running - working closely with practitioners and the wider practice team to make sure things are running smoothly

What do you need to succeed ? 

• Experience as a Dental receptionist - you may have Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting, but most importantly be capable of working closely with a team and a willingness to continue to learn
• A bright, engaging personality, with enthusiasm and commitment
• A team player. You will help us deliver the best patient care whilst working with our talented dentists delivering quality dental solutions and fantastic value
