About the position:

Sale Street Dental located in the heart of Orange is expanding their team and looking for a Dental Assistant. Whether you're an experienced Dental Assistant or just starting out and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

This will be a part time position working 3 days per week. We are open 8:30am to 6pm and you would be required to be available during those hours.

We offer a supportive and dedicated team environment. Our Dentists and team are patient focused to ensure the highest quality treatments and patient centered care are provided every time.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Assist with patient management, including greeting patients, preparing them for procedures, and ensuring their comfort.

Clinical Support: Prepare and sterilise dental instruments, assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, and maintain a clean and organized treatment area.

Inventory Management: Monitor dental supplies levels, ensuring the treatment room is well-stocked and organised.

Patient Education: Provide patients with post-operative care instructions and educate them about oral hygiene and preventive care.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and other staff to ensure a smooth workflow and positive patient experience.

Compliance: Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols, as well as regulatory requirements in the dental practice.
