About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Dental Practice Manager to join Sale Street Dental on a 3–6 month fixed-term contract. You will oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency, compliance with regulations, and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the practice, including adherence to health regulations and industry standards.
• Financial Management: Manage financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, while maintaining exceptional service quality.
• Team Leadership: Supervise staffing needs, including interviewing, training, and scheduling, to optimise team performance and meet patient needs.
• Patient Relations: Address patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager or in a similar managerial role within a dental or healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of dental procedures, office management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent financial management skills, including experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Available to commit to a 3–6 month fixed-term contract.
