Who you are

You are a service-oriented, motivated professional who is excited to support a fast-growing dental network. You will be responsible for supporting the integration process to ensure a successful transition of newly acquired dental practices across Australia.

You love working in a collaborative team environment and communicating with a wide range of people from dentists and practice managers to operational and finance teams. As someone driven by getting things done, you are eager to contribute directly to one of Australia’s most acquisitive dental networks.

As the Integrations Coordinator, you will be part of the Integration team to support a seamless transition of new acquired dental practices.

In this role, you will

  • Support the smooth transition of newly acquired dental practices by coordinating integration activities with multiple stakeholders across finance, operations, people & culture, IT, and property
  • Keep integration tasks up to date in our project tracking system, making sure all timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly tracked
  • Organise and participate in onboarding and kick-off meetings with clinical and operational teams, helping prepare materials and follow-up documentation
  • Build strong working relationships with support office and practice staff to facilitate seamless information flow
  • Monitor progress across multiple active integrations and proactively flag risks, delays, or resource needs to the Integration Manager
  • Support system access and onboarding activities to ensure newly acquired practices have the tools and connections they need from day one
  • Assist with synergy tracking, data collection, and reporting to support the Integration team
  • Support ad-hoc integration projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed
  • Manage competing priorities across several dental practices at various stages of integration

What we’re looking for

  • 1 - 3 years of professional experience in operations, dental or healthcare practice administration, project coordination, or an experience practice manager looking for that next step
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking with clinicians, practice managers, and office staff
  • Organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several timelines simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate obstacles and escalate issues appropriately
  • Collaborative team player with a proven ability to build strong, trusting relationships quickly
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work flexibly to accommodate practices across different states and time zones
  • An interest in dental, healthcare, or multi-site services is a plus
