About you: 

We are on the look-out for a keen and enthusiastic Front of House standout to join our team at our Newstead Cafe. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and creating unforgettable dining experiences, then this is the role for you! 

This role involves delivering a high quality of service, greeting guests, operating the till system, and Front of House support all whilst working alongside a great team to provide excellent guest experience. 

Day to day in this role you will: 

• Work alongside our FOH, Kitchen and Barista team to ensure that every cup of coffee and plate of food that leaves our hands meets the same high-quality standard. 
• Taking orders and operating the till system 
• Provide an excellent coffee experience to our Toby’s customers. 

This is a casual role, estimated to be working 5 days 20-30 hours. 

We are looking for someone who: 

• Has a genuine love for coffee and the hospitality industry and is eager to share their knowledge and experience. 
• Is enthusiastic, friendly, and able to work under pressure in a team environment 
• Communicates effectively with fellow staff and guests and maintain focus and work at pace. 
• The ability to build strong relationships with both coworkers and our guests.
