About us:

The story of Toby's Estate began in 1997, in the grungy streets of Woolloomooloo, armed with Mum’s garage, a beat-up coffee roaster and passion on tap, we set out on a wild adventure of business and coffee discovery. Not concerned with the frills of it all, but just that we were consistently consistent in roasting the tastiest coffee we could and treating all the people in our world like family. Fast forward 26 years we’re an energetic team and merry band of misfits united by a common passion for doing amazing things, and at the forefront of pushing the limits of premium specialty coffee.

The Role

We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic person to join our Toby’s Estate crew in Alexandria as a Pick Packer. This is a full-time position, 5 days a week (38 hours), perfect for someone who enjoys being part of a team, and doesn’t mind being surrounded by the smell of coffee all day. You’ll help keep our warehouse humming and make sure our customers get the goods they love – Coffee!

Your Responsibilities

As part of your role, a typical day would look like:

  • Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy
  • Keep your workspace tidy, organised, and hazard‑free
  • Jump in to help with general warehouse tasks when needed
  • Check off daily coffee deliveries and flag anything that doesn’t look right
  • Help the Site Manager with stocktake prep and counting
  • Book courier pickups and sort labels, manifests, and paperwork
  • Pitch in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

About You

We are looking for someone who is quick on their feet and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You will have great attention to detail, be able to communicate well and enjoy working part of a team. If you come with previous pick packing experience, that is an added bonus.

If this is you feel free to apply today!
