Service Technician

From behind the machine to working on the machine - Are you a barista who’s curious about what goes on behind the coffee machine? Ready to swap your apron for a toolkit?

At Toby's Estate we’re on the hunt for a Coffee Machine Technician to join our Service Technician team! You'll be the magic behind every perfect pour, making sure the machines are always ready to go! Don’t have technical experience? No stress, If you’re a quick learner with coffee knowledge and a can-do attitude, we’ll train you up!

What you'll be doing:

• Booking in service jobs and chatting with contractors
• Basic maintenance on premium coffee machines (La Marzocco, Slayer, Mahlkonig, Mythos). Supporting equipment installs and removals
• Working closely with our sales, service, and customer experience teams
• Learning from our awesome Technical Service Manager and experienced tech team
• Providing top-notch service to our customers

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is reliable, friendly, and a great communicator
• Has strong problem-solving skills and a solid work ethic
• Can work independently and juggle a fast-paced day
• Has coffee experience (bonus if you're a barista legend!)
• Holds a valid driver’s license
• Is happy to be on-call once every 6 weeks.
