We’re looking for a genuine foodie in the café scene - a café cook that will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from prepping and cooking to managing inventory and ensuring food safety. Collaboration is a part of the game! You’ll work closely with our manager to create a menu that showcases creativity and consistency, drawing inspiration from seasonal ingredients. Maintaining a pristine and organised kitchen space while contributing your expertise to menu development and shaping the culinary identity of Toby's Estate Newstead.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a specialist, a café foodie with prior experience in a similar role, someone who has the availability to work weekends, who have a genuine passion for creating high-quality dishes with a strong teamwork ethic and a positive attitude. We are recruiting a casual too to support the RDO's and weekend work.
