About the role:

At Toby's Estate, we know that great coffee is personal, and so are the relationships we build with our customers. As our Territory Manager, you'll be the frontline representation of Toby’s Estate, driving brand impact and fostering meaningful connections in the Sydney Metro region with occasional visits to regional NSW. You'll manage a portfolio of accounts while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities. Whether on the road, at industry events, or engaging with café owners, you’ll play a key role in growing our brand presence. Success in this role comes from building trust, providing value, and supporting small business owners to thrive. Our cafe/ site/ office is based in Chippendale however this role is currently managing Northern NSW. We do have some flex to navigate a change in territory for the preferred candidate and will be discussed through the recruitment process.

About you:

You’ll work autonomously while being part of a supportive, high-energy team that collaborates and shares insights. This role requires someone who can navigate market challenges, confidently discuss pricing, and build long-term customer relationships. Toby’s Estate is one of Sydney’s top coffee roasters, and we’re growing fast.
