Inventory Planner

About the role:

We’re looking for an Inventory Planner to work alongside our Green Bean Buyer, ensuring our green coffee supply runs seamlessly from origin to cup. While the primary focus will be on green beans, the role also covers our wider range of ancillary items. As a newly established position, this is a unique opportunity to contribute across both inventory management and coffee operations. Your responsibilities will range from managing shipping schedules, tracking container movements, supporting forecasting and coordinating warehouse deliveries, to evaluating coffee samples, collaborating with suppliers, and organising cupping sessions.

 About You:

• You could be someone who has some inventory experience, a strong administrator or you could come from a coffee background - a barista or roaster who has some green bean buying experience.
• You’ll have strong attention to detail with the ability to cross-check data accurately.
• You communicate with clarity and confidence, building effective working relationships with both suppliers and internal teams.
• You’re able to work proactively and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, comfortably managing multiple priorities at once.

This is a permanent role, based in our Chippendale office.
