*BOTTLESHOP* Duty Supervisor - CY O'Connor Pub

Located in Piara Waters, CY O'Connor Precinct is home to five unique venues including a bustling pub, a cocktail bar, and a steakhouse.

We're on the search for an exceptional Duty Supervisor with a passion for everything to do with beverages to join our pub and bottleshop!!

What are we looking for?

• Sound experience in a similar management role within a Drive-thru Bottleshop;
• Enthusiastic and hardworking professional who is on point with trends and possesses great customer service and engagement:
• Ability to work within budget and business plans - meet GP targets and identify opportunities;
• Stock Management ensuring adequate stock on hand and 28 day stock takes are completed and reports created accordingly. Ensure accurate and appropriate maintenance of all systems (H&L/Roster/Communication platform);
• Experience with ordering and invoicing
• A focus on products and shop presentation
• A good communicator who is supportive of a collaborative teamwork approach;
• Willingness to take on new challenges;
