Byford Tavern is a family friendly venue, which includes the restaurant, alfresco dining, a bar and a bottle shop. Our menu focuses on local, quality produce, with a speciality on farm to table beef and Australian pub classics.

What the role is about
- Support the Head and Sous Chef in the day to day operation;
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation;
- Food preparation and presentation;
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety and compliance internally and with health regulations;
- Manage stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients from suppliers;
- Able to work multiple sections and flexibility with hours;
Who are we looking for
- Proven experience in a similar role (essential);
- Standout attention to detail and presentation skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while still managing to crack a smile;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
- Food Handlers Supervisor Certificate
