*BEVERAGE EXPERT* Duty Manager - CY O'Connor Precinct

Located in Piara Waters, CY O'Connor Precinct is home to five unique venues including a bustling pub, a cocktail bar, and a steakhouse.

We're on the search for an exceptional Duty Manager with a passion for everything to do with beverages to join our pub!!

What are we looking for?

• Do you have a valid Unrestricted Approved Manager card, RSA and Food Handlers certificate?
• Do you have amazing customer service skills, some charisma and an energetic attitude?
• Do you have extraordinary bar skills and a love for making amazing beverages?
• Do you have experience supervising and training other F&B attendants?

What will I be doing?

• Working alongside the Precinct Manager and Group Beverage Manager to develop the Precinct Beverage Program for the pub, steak house, bottle shop and our seasonal event space Tilly's Garden
• Curating menus for our various venues with beverages in mind
• Upskilling and training the team in their beverage skills
