Paperbark Burger Co -Kitchen Manager


Paperbark Burger Co. has been smashing burger patties for almost 3 years, we love what

we do and the bonus is we farm our own beef, with smashing success!

We’re growing our team and we are on the hunt for a qualified Cook/Chef who also has the

ability and skills to manage a small seated smash pattie burger shop in Piara Waters, Perth.

If you are a skilled team player who works well under pressure, a lover of people, food and

SMASH BURGERS, then show us what you’ve got!

The role:

You will be responsible for the management of our burger shop and assist with full

operational duties, both front of house and back of house.

You will be responsible for managing costs, staff training & development and upholding

standards.

We require an experienced Cook who can work well under pressure, is hands on and able to

work in a fast paced environment, someone who enjoys a fun environment and is a positive

leader with a can do & attitude!


About you:

● Have effective time management and communication skills;

● Have the ability to get your hands dirty, lead & inspire a small team - embrace

training, creativity and new challenges;

● Previous experience as a Cook in a high volume venue preferred;

● Cert III in Commercial Cookery (desired);

● A la carte restaurant experience OR burger shop experience;

● Contribute to a happy, safe and healthy working environment.
