What are we looking for?

We are looking for an assistant venue manager professional with experience in training a team with measurable results. Someone who leads their team by example, empowers people to grow and support them to become leaders. 

The right candidate should have:

- Demonstrated experience in senior hospitality management in high revenue venues.

- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and retention.

- Excellent financial management capabilities.

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate with the training manager to deliver and record training with a focus on in-service and in-venue training.

- A thorough understanding of our industry compliance requirements.

- Ability to lead by example and promote our company values.

- High level of integrity and accountability.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Proactive and innovative mindset.
