Junior Sommelier/ F&B Supervisor - The Steak House

Are you passionate about wine and ready to take the next step in your career?

As Junior Sommelier, you will work closely with our Restaurant Manager and operations managers.

Your main focus will be on driving wine sales and delivering memorable guest experiences.

What we’re looking for:

• Genuine love of wine and hospitality
• Previous experience in a wine‑focused venue, or formal wine training (WSET, CMS or similar), and the ability to impart this knowledge onto the team around you
• Confidence to engage guests and recommend wines that enhance their overall dining experience
• A desire to continue your wine journey, learning from and working alongside a team of industry professionals
