The opportunity:
We are on the hunt for a passionate and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Working across Australia and New Zealand, you'll be responsible for processing orders, answering customer queries and booking callouts, all while representing our delicious and quality coffee brands.
What makes this role so exciting? Well, not only will you be at the forefront of our business, but you'll also have the opportunity to connect with coffee enthusiasts from all walks of life. From café owners to larger distributors, you'll be helping them get their hands on our premium blends and ensuring they receive the best possible customer service along the way.
You'll be the first point of contact for any customer queries or issues, providing timely and effective solutions to keep our coffee lovers happy. You will join a tight-knit team of great communicators who support each other when the grind gets heavy and value having a laugh whilst they do the doing.

You’ll have an eye for detail, system adaptability and a commitment to quality. You’ll be excited by the opportunity to work with our teams across Australia and New Zealand and capable of building meaningful relationships as you do so.

This is a full-time permanent role, working Monday-Friday based in our Allens Road Roastery offices in East Tamaki. Your working hours will be 8.30am-5pm.
