We’re seeking a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our daily operations. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind a well-oiled warehouse - ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You’ll lead by example – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and support your team on the warehouse floor, and champion smart process improvements that deliver real impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
• Keeping inventory tight and stock under control
• Leading your team with confidence and clarity
• Champion Health & Safety best practices - keeping your team and workplace safe
• Spotting opportunities to improve processes and making them happen

About you:

You’ve got 5+ years’ experience in warehousing, and you know how to get the best out of your team. You’re hands-on, solutions-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You bring:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations (FMCG or food industry experience highly regarded)
• A safety mindset and solid H&S knowledge
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and foster team accountability
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and transport partners
• Valid forklift license
• TFO certification is desired but not essential
