We’re looking for a Customer Service Admin to jump into a 3-month fixed-term role and help us stay ahead of the curve during a peak volume period. If you're organised, proactive, and love getting things done, this is your chance to make a real impact.
You’ll be working behind the scenes on key account service orders, assigning support tickets, and helping us stay on top of the group inbox. You'll also be ready to jump on customer calls when needed - keeping the experience smooth for customers.
The details:
- 3-month fixed term
- 20 hours a week, spread over 3-4 days
- Start time from 9am
- Based in our East Tamaki office for initial training period, then hybrid model
What you’ll be doing (approx. 70% admin / 30% calls):
- Assigning support tickets and monitoring the group customer service inbox
- Keying standard service orders for key accounts
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing requests quickly and accurately using internal systems
- Providing clear, friendly communication that puts customers at ease
- Supporting our busy team with admin tasks as needed
