About the opportunity  

Seeking both experienced and new graduate Occupational Therapists to join our team on an ongoing basis so that we can bring life changing therapy to more people. 

As part of Therapy Pro, you will be able to work from home and in your local community, supporting clients in the environment that best supports their goals and outcomes. 

You will provide assessment and intervention services to a highly diverse NDIS caseload. You will gain exposure, skills and knowledge from working with clients across the lifespan and of all abilities.  

With access to industry-renowned therapists, we will support you to draw upon your expertise to devise evidence-based practices and strategies to effect positive change. 

Our benefits

• $6000 approx. per annum vehicle allowance for travel costs (92c per kilometre)

• Resources supplied – Laptop, phone & therapy tools  
• Industry low 4.35 hour daily billable targets to provide you with the time to learn, grow & foster connections

Our accelerate graduate program  

For our graduates, our accelerate graduate program is designed to support your transition from studying to employment. We know that stepping into the workforce as a new graduate can be daunting, but our wrap around support model and structured 6-month graduate program will accelerate your learning and set you up for success with the following: 

• Group sessions 
• Guest Speakers  
• Masterclasses  
• Supervision with experienced Senior Therapists  
• Mentoring & buddy opportunities
