About the Role

As an OSHC Coordinator, you’ll lead your own service, providing trusted before and after school care and holiday programs that support local families. You’ll:

  • Design and deliver engaging programs for children 5 - 12 years of age.
  • Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
  • Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry.
  • Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly.

Hours: 6:45am – 9:00am & 2:30pm – 6:15pm, plus weekly admin hours!

Monday to Friday only — no weekend work!

About You

You are passionate about making a difference in children’s lives and thrive on building strong, positive relationships. While experience in childcare or OSHC is preferred, it’s not essential.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in the childcare industry is ideal but not essential.
  • Completed, Working towards or willing to enrol in an ACECQA approved Diploma Level qualification.

  • Employee Working with Children’s Check valid in the relevant state.
  • Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting 
  • National Child Safety Training Certificate, Mandatory Reporting, Food Safety Certificates.
  • National Crime Check dated within 6 months.
