Play a key role in attracting and securing high-quality educators and leaders who strengthen TheirCare’s OSHC services across Australia.

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, organised and people focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help us attract and secure exceptional educators and leaders across TheirCare’ s national OSHC network.

In this dynamic role, you’ll drive end to end recruitment from advertising and screening through to onboarding and compliance. Working closely with Operations and our People Division team you’ll play a key part in meeting workforce demand, building strong talent pipelines and delivering a fair, engaging recruitment experience.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll join a passionate team committed to delivering an exceptional experience for every candidate. This is a full-time role based at TheirCare’ s HQ in Glen Iris with the ability to work from home 2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end to end recruitment processes across educator, leadership and head office roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment support aligned to service level agreements.
  • Screen applications, conduct phone interviews and shortlist candidates in line with role requirements and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate interviews, reference checks and pre-employment compliance documentation.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and talent pools within recruitment systems.
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Contribute to building sustainable talent pipelines for future workforce needs.

What you will need to be successful in this role;

  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR coordination (education or service-based industries highly regarded).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong administrative capability.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
