About the Role
As an OSHC Coordinator, you’ll lead your own service, providing trusted before and after school care and holiday programs that support local families. You’ll:
- Design and deliver engaging programs for children 5 - 12 years of age.
- Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
- Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry.
- Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly.
Hours: 6:30am – 9:00am & 2:15pm – 6:30pm, plus weekly admin hours!
Monday to Friday only — no weekend work!
About You
You are passionate about making a difference in children’s lives and thrive on building strong, positive relationships. While experience in childcare or OSHC is preferred, it’s not essential.
You will have:
Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar). Check www.acecqa.gov.au for details relevant to your state.
A valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, Relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.
