About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organised and engaging Learning & Development Coordinator to support the delivery and coordination of learning initiatives across our OSHC teams.
In this impactful role, you’ll play a key part in shaping how our people learn from day one. You’ll coordinate and deliver onboarding and training programs that are engaging, well-structured and aligned to organisational and compliance requirements, ensuring our teams are set up for success.
Working closely with the Learning & Development Manager and key stakeholders, you’ll manage learning logistics, facilitate workshops, maintain training records and support continuous improvement across our learning programs. Your work will directly contribute to building workforce capability and embedding consistent, high-quality practice across services.
This is a part-time (.5 FTE) role based at our Glen Iris HQ, with hybrid work arrangements available.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging all-staff induction programs, including workshops and onboarding experiences.
- Coordinate learning programs end-to-end, including scheduling, communications and session logistics.
- Support the rollout and tracking of mandatory training across the organisation.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance and reporting through the LMS and internal systems.
- Manage the L&D shared inbox, providing timely and supportive responses to enquiries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with operational and organisational priorities.
- Analyse learning data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Support continuous improvement of learning programs, systems and processes.
About You
- Experience delivering training, workshops, or onboarding programs.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident facilitator with the ability to engage diverse groups.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail, particularly in administration and record-keeping.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and managing training data.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.
Experience in OSHC, education, or community services is desirable but not essential.
