With a 150-seat restaurant, three outdoor areas, large dance floor, and a dedicated kids’ zone, the venue offers something for every generation to enjoy. Live music, weekly events, and sports on the big screen keep the atmosphere buzzing, making it a true all-rounder hospitality venue for locals and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive revenue growth through innovative strategies and exceptional customer service.
• Manage budgets and financial reporting, ensuring cost controls are in place.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and health & safety requirements.
• Foster relationships with the local community and enhance the hotel's reputation.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Venue Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example and inspire your team to deliver excellence.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality.
• Valid QLD RSA, RSG, RMLV, Approved Managers License, CLO, Gaming Nominee & License (or ability to obtain).
