The Opportunity
The Banyans Health and Wellness is a leading, integrated, multi-disciplinary healthcare service offering world-class day and residential programs. We are seeking an experienced Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist to join our exceptional and welcoming team one day per week (Monday), based at our Bowen Hills Day Program facility.
This is a rare opportunity to deliver high-quality, individualised care in a supportive and holistic environment. You’ll work across a wide range of presentations including addictions, eating disorders, trauma, and mental health concerns, and collaborate closely with a highly skilled interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one clinical counselling services for Day Program guests.
- Identify and implement effective, tailored treatment programs.
- Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to support guest outcomes.
- Contribute to program development and guest wellbeing initiatives.
- Engage in case coordination and family support where relevant.
About You
You are a compassionate, skilled, and adaptable professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You bring:
- Full registration as a Psychologist (Clinical endorsement welcomed but not essential).
- Clinical experience with a variety of treatment modalities.
- The ability to build strong therapeutic and professional relationships.
- Flexibility and a guest-centred approach to care.
- A current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and a valid driver’s licence (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
