AGA is The Alternative’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Delivery Partner and are responsible for the assessment, selection and recruitment of graduates into the program. AGA, is a community-based, not-for-profit company with over 40 years’ experience growing the skilled workforce of tomorrow. AGA specialises in recruitment, mentoring, retention, performance support, training management, and employee wellbeing.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide first-level support for issues relating to Azure, Active Directory, Windows 10 & 11, Office 365, and other relevant technologies.
  • Respond to user requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Support remote users and troubleshoot VPN, RDP, and remote desktop tools.
  • Use documentation and knowledge bases to resolve issues; escalate unresolved issues to the MSP partner or internal escalation points.
  • Maintain and update IT incident and request records within the ticketing system.
