About the Alternative 

Launched in 2024, the Alternative is a South Australian program changing how people begin their careers.

AGA is The Alternative’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Delivery Partner and are responsible for the assessment, selection and recruitment of graduates into the program. AGA, is a community-based, not-for-profit company with over 40 years’ experience growing the skilled workforce of tomorrow. AGA specialises in recruitment, mentoring, retention, performance support, training management, and employee wellbeing.

Key Accountabilities

·      Support cyber security program initiatives

·      Undertake research to contribute to initiatives and cyber security resilience

·      Draft briefings, correspondence and advice as required

·      Conduct short-term minor projects (independently or under the direction of a senior officer) as required

·      Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders (including internal and external)

  • Maintain a current understanding of emerging cyber security threats.
