Within our Children's Programs services we support children holistically throughout their early education. Our early learning services include child care and kindergarten. We are also provide out of school hours care services which includes both before and after school programs, and school holiday programs.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will join this delivery model focused on our Children’s Programs entity, providing full end to end recruitment support for casual roles to the Business. Key responsibilities include:

• Candidate Sourcing; through job advertising and pro-active sourcing activities you will continually source candidates (e.g. Childhood Educators) and maintain a healthy pipeline for the future
• Qualifying Candidates; phone screening and ensuring the candidates have the appropriate qualifications in order to be moved forward in the process
• Interview Booking; confirming and scheduling interviews and assessment centres
• Offer Management; guiding candidates seamlessly through the process, managing counter offers when arising.
• Offer Management; verbally offering, creating offer cards and ensuring all details match requirements
• Stakeholder Management; guiding Hiring Managers through the process and supporting the candidate experience
• Market intelligence; consistently proving market insights and sector information that can add to improving the model and enhance sourcing strategies.

We have a hybrid working model, between working from home and our State Office in Box Hill. This is a part time role (three days a week) remuneration for this role is $79,243 $83,997 plus super for an FTE. ; dependent on experience. The role is for an initial 12 months with the prospect of ongoing,

To be successful you will have two to three years’ experience as a recruiter in a high-volume environment. Passionate and proactive, you will be accustomed to meeting tight deadlines and be an advocate of high-level candidate care. Other key requirements include:

• Proven ability to phone screen candidates and quickly identify talent with follow up activities
• Ability to run and facilitate group interviews / assessments
• Have a clear understanding of 'activities v’s time', with the ability to shift focus promptly when conflicting priorities arise
• Ability to communicate effectively whilst working autonomously at times while drawing support from managers and peers as necessary to achieve successful outcomes
• Possess the capabilities of a master juggler with the organisational skills to plan, track and maintain attention
• Experience in using an ATS and other sourcing platforms
• Experience in regional recruitment and multi site is advantageous
