About the opportunity
As HR Coordinator you'll work in a small but mighty team that engages with stakeholders across the organisation to provide support in administering all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring responsiveness, accuracy and compliance throughout.
Day to day you will:
- Execute the high-volume processes that underpin recruitment, contracting, onboarding, compliance, management of employee changes and offboarding of staff;
- Be on the frontline, engaging with the organisation through multiple channels - Zendesk, Live Chat, direct Teams call and messaging;
- Ensure that new contracts and contract changes are administered in accordance with the Y's Industrial Instrument and Award framework;
- Use a variety of tools and applications to deliver services; and,
- Contribute your ideas on how the team can continually improve processes, optimise the use technology and drive efficiency without compromising on employee experience.
This is a full time, permanent position where you'll work from home and also from our Box Hill offices. The Renumeration for this role is $76,884 plus super.

As we break and make new processes, systems and solutions you'll come ready to share your ideas and be heard as we work together to create new and sustainable solutions tailored to our unique people challenges. Ideally, you'll also have:
- Prior experience and/or a genuine interest in pursuing a career in the HR field
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to successfully complete several tasks concurrently, maintain documentation and meet deadlines
- Great written and verbal communication skills with a capacity to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels
